I ordered a rim for 19 Can Am Defender. Was contacted by David Reece, parts manager, that rim had arrived. When I arrived to pick it up the first thing Mr. Reece did was open up the box to make sure the right one was shipped. Well it wasn't. I'm sure that was my fault and had told Coby, the service manager, the wrong one to order. Mr. Reece wasted no time and straightened out all the paperwork and had the right one on the way by the time I left the store. Aside from getting the rim I also had several questions about some oil change kits and gear oil for a 2018 and 2019 Can Am Defender. Again Mr. Reece had all the answers and set me up with the right kit to make my task seamless. Overall I had a 5 star experience and will make this my "go to" dealership for all my Can Am needs.

It is always a pleasure to stop by and visit the folks at FRS Powersports. It does not matter if I am in need of a part, service or just to say hello it is like stopping to visit a friend. They have showed me some new tricks to loading my spyder and have helped me when I had a service issue. I feel totally comfortable when I have to call with a question cause they seem to totally enjoy helping their customers. If they do not have the answer right there they will find it for me. I would highly recommend doing business with these folks. They are not only there for you when you are buying one of their products, they are there for you for your whole biking experience..

I was having a couple issues with the Can Am Spyder I purchased in Texas two days prior and it was due for the 3,000 mile service. I still had over a thousand miles to go and didn't feel comfortable waiting until i got home. I had hoped to just get the oil changed as one of my concerns was oil level related. They went out of their way to pull my bike in and do all the required work. Everyone was super friendly and I felt like a long time customer. If I lived in the area, they'd be my bike shop. It's good when you find a business that cares about their customers, even if it is only a one off stop. Five stars!
